Luna is looking for a part-time Sales & Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate will be able to grow in the role with the eventual goal of acting as a Retail Manager. We are looking for a friendly, helpful and serious sales associate who loves fashion and can help customers find what they need to look and feel amazing. The perfect candidate sees what needs to be done and does it.
Specific responsibilities include:
Inspect newly arrived stock for defects, prepare for display
Greet customers, understand their needs and suggest suitable items
Recommend additional products to improve customer's shopping experience and to increase sales
Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a proactive and customer-oriented manner
Utilize point of sale system and proper cash handling procedures to efficiently conduct financial transactions
Maximize visibility of key products through attractive in store displays
Effective inventory management to minimize shrinkage and improve customer shopping experience
Superior communication skills to ensure good relationships with customers and colleagues
Keep store tidy and presentable
Rate of pay and commission commensurate with experience
