Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases within Canada
  • Please return your purchase within 21 days of your order in its original condition: unworn, tag attached and folded carefully inside secure packaging. Items bought as gifts in December can be returned up to Jan. 15.
  • Please include your Name and Order # in your return package.
  • We offer refunds (excluding postage) to your original payment method on full priced items.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are exchange or credit note only.
  • Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you would like to try a selection of styles to compare, we offer a Luna Changeroom Upgrade for $9.95. This gives you a pre-paid return label and a return policy exception. See info on Changeroom Upgrade here.
  • Please note if you received 'free shipping' and your return brings you below $100 (the free shipping threshold), the cost of original shipping ($10) will be deducted from your refund/credit. We waive this fee If you are making an exchange.
  • Due to the intimate nature, we cannot accept returns on creams, hosiery, compression garments or shapewear. As always, please contact us if you need help with sizing.
  • This is truly for a very small minority and is incredibly obvious for most, however: Please do not wear something and try to return it. It shows when an item has been 'worn' and out of respect for our customers and ourselves, we will not accept the item back.
  • If the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange/credit note within 30 days for the value of your purchase.

  • Please, please, please be sure to mark your return as $0 commercial value as we will have to refuse any shipments with import fees owing.
