Free Shipping within Canada
- Free expedited shipping within Canada on all orders $100 & over (before taxes).
- Luna ships fast!! Your items will be shipped out the same day or the next day using expedited shipping and you will be sent a tracking number.
- Within the GTA, Central & Southern Ontario as well as many parts of Quebec you should receive your items within 1-2 business days!! Usually 3-5 business days to the West or East coasts.
- If your order is less than $100 pre-tax, the cost of expedited shipping is $10 within Canada.
- If you require Express shipping, the cost is $20, please select this option at checkout.
- If you are in a rush, please let us know by telling us your "Need By" date in the Notes section of your order and we will do our best to make it happen!

Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases within Canada
- We hope that you will love your purchase, however in case you need to return or exchange an item, our goal is to make it as simple as possible.
Please return your purchase in its original condition: unworn, tag attached and folded carefully inside secure packaging.
- Please include your Name and Order # in your return package.
- We offer refunds (excluding postage) to your original payment method on full priced items.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are exchange or credit note only.
- Please note if you received 'free shipping' and your return brings you below $100 (the free shipping threshold) your refund/credit will be adjusted for the cost of original shipping. We will make an exception to this rule if you are making an exchange.
- If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order online in order to guarantee your desired item is available.
- Due to the intimate nature, we cannot accept returns on creams, hosiery, compression garments or shapewear. As always, please contact us if you need help with sizing.
- This is truly for a very small minority and is incredibly obvious for most, however: Please do not wear something and try to return it. It shows when an item has been 'worn' and out of respect for our customers and ourselves, we will not accept the item back.
Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange/credit note within 30 days up to the value of your purchase.
- Exchanges: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds: Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.
