Free Shipping within Canada
- Free expedited shipping within Canada on all orders $100 & over (before taxes).
- Refunds for returns will be adjusted for cost of shipping if your net purchase after refund drops below $100. We will make an exception to this rule if you are making an exchange.
- Luna ships fast!! Your items will be shipped out the same day or the next day using expedited shipping and you will be sent a tracking number.
- Within the GTA, Central & Southern Ontario as well as many parts of Quebec you should receive your items within 1-2 business days!! Usually 3-5 business days to the West or East coasts.
- If your order is less than $100 pre-tax, the cost of expedited shipping is $10 within Canada.
- If you require Express shipping, the cost is $20, please select this option at checkout.
- If you are in a rush, please let us know by telling us your "Need By" date in the Notes section of your order and we will do our best to make it happen!

Free Returns* & Exchanges for Online Purchases within Canada
- Our policy is simple - we want you to love what you have ordered!
- Simply email us at email@example.com or use the Message button at the bottom of our website to let us know what you are returning and to receive return instructions.
- To exchange your item for a different style, size or colour, please place a new order or contact us via email or message us.
- We are pleased to offer a FREE return shipping label for full priced items (one per order).
- Sorry, we are unable to offer free returns on any items bought on sale or using a promo code.
- Full priced items will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
- SALE items and items bought with a PROMO code will receive a credit note/gift card that does not expire. If you want to try a few styles and need an exception to this rule, please let us know in the notes section of your order and we will confirm with you before shipping.
- A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. These items will be clearly marked as Final Sale in the product description.
- Please ensure your returns are received by us within 21 DAYS of your purchase and are in perfect condition with all tags attached.
- Returns cannot be accepted more than 21 days after purchase. Please contact us if you need an exception to this rule prior to placing your order.
- This is truly for a very small minority and is incredibly obvious for most, however: Please do not wear something and try to return it. It shows when an item has been 'worn' and out of respect for our customers and ourselves, we will not accept the item back.
- Due to the intimate nature, we cannot offer returns on creams, hosiery, compression garments or shapewear. As always, please contact us if you need help with sizing.
