Free Shipping within Canada
- Free expedited shipping within Canada on all orders $100 & over (before taxes).
- Refunds for returns will be adjusted for cost of shipping ($10) if your net purchase after refund drops below $100. We will waive this charge if you would like to exchange for another item. One free exchange per order.
- Luna ships fast!! Your items will be shipped out the same day or the next day using expedited shipping and you will be sent a tracking number.
- Within the GTA, Central & Southern Ontario as well as many parts of Quebec you should receive your items within 1-2 business days!! Usually 3-4 business days to the West or East coasts.
- If your order is less than $100 pre-tax, the cost of expedited shipping is $10 within Canada.
- If you require Express shipping, the cost is $20, please select this option at checkout.
- If you are in a rush, please let us know by telling us your "Need By" date in the Notes section of your order and we will do our best to make it happen!

Free Returns & Exchanges for Online Purchases within Canada
- Our policy is simple - we want you to love what you have ordered!
- Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you are returning and we will send you a FREE return shipping label (one per order). Too easy!
- Full priced items will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
- SALE items and items bought on PROMO will receive a credit note/gift card that does not expire.
- A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. These items will be clearly marked as FINAL SALE in the product description.
- Please ensure your items are returned within 21 DAYS of your purchase and are in perfect condition with all tags attached. To keep our stock fresh, items cannot be returned more than 30 days after purchase. Please contact us if you need an exception to this rule prior to placing your order.
- Due to high turnover of stock, all EXCHANGES are processed as a new sale and return. To exchange your item for a different style, size or colour, please place a new order. You will be charged for the new item(s) when the order is placed, and your return will be processed pursuant to our Returns Policy.
- Due to the intimate nature, we cannot offer returns on opened creams, or hosiery/shapewear that has been tried on. Please contact us if you need help with sizing.
